Meraki Talent are delighted to be engaged on the role of permanent Credit & AR Controller based in Midlothian paying up to £30,000.

The Role
This stand alone position is pivotal to the success of both the finance function and business. It reports to a brilliant Head of Finance that knows the business inside/out presenting the ideal individual to induct & support the new job holder.
The Credit & AR Controller role is managing a portfolio of accounts ranging all over Scotland with the key components being:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts
- Issuing accounts receivable invoices
- Chasing outstanding
- Payment allocation
- Client statement reconciliation
- Credit checking management - increasing limits and onboarding new clients
- Database maintenance
- Reviewing and assisting to develop processes, procedures & controls
Candidate Profile
To be successful within this role you will need to have a minimum of two years credit control/AR experience, good written and verbal communication where you feel comfortable chasing debt in a fast and deadline driven environment.
