ARM are delighted to be supporting a Financial Services business with the recruitment of a Credit Analyst Assistant on an initial 9 month contract.

The Credit Analyst will Implement business process and service level improvement initiatives to ensure effective service delivery within the Corporate Credit Management function.

Responsibilities:

* Approves credit exposures within own approval and recommends approval for credit proposals outside of own approval.
* Advises the Corporate Customer Credit Manager on credit issues.
* Liaises with local departments & external stakeholders to ensure transparency and accuracy of financial risk management.
* Contributes to new projects to improve credit business.
* Escalates credit proposals and decisions to the Corporate Customer Credit Manager.
* Adheres to local lending processes in alignment with the local and global credit guidelines.
* Approves changes in credit terms within granted competence levels.

Requirements:

* Preferably a degree level or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in the leasing/automotive and/or financial services industry.
* Knowledge of the regulatory frameworks for lending.
* Experience within a financial services or credit function preferable.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Great interpersonal skills.
