Your role & responsibilities:

• Promote inclusion and acceptance of all pupils
• Contribute to developing a creative curriculum where creative learning opportunities are available for all pupils
• Support pupils in small groups and on a one to one basis whilst responding to their individual needs
• Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate

Non-negotiables:

• Must have recent and relevant experience in working with young people
• Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
• Experience in one or more creative subjects (Music, Drama, Sports, Art)
• Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher and as part of a wider team
