Registered CQC Manager - High Wycombe

**Starting Salary:** £45,000 per annum

**About Us:**
Our client is a leading provider of domiciliary care services in High Wycombe, dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to our clients within their own homes. Our commitment to quality and compassion has established us as a trusted provider in the community. We are now looking for a Registered CQC Manager to join our Senior Management Team (SMT) and lead our service to new heights of excellence and compliance.

**The Role:**
As the Registered CQC Manager, you will be the cornerstone of ensuring our service not only meets but exceeds the national minimum standards and Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding our staff team to deliver exceptional care and positive outcomes for our service users.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the operational management and compliance of all care delivery practices, ensuring adherence to the Health and Social Care Act 2008, Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Equal Opportunities Policies, and Local Authority Safeguarding Procedures.
- Conduct service audits, developing action plans for improvement and ensuring the service has sufficient, suitably qualified staff at all times.
- Provide leadership, management, support, and mentorship to the staff team, promoting a culture of high performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Manage and resolve emergency on-call issues effectively, ensuring high-quality care continuity.
- Represent the service positively in external meetings and contribute to the growth and development of the business through various marketing exercises.
- Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations, Local Authority Quality Band Assessments, GDPR, and implement the complaint's procedure and safeguarding.
- Manage the effective recruitment, induction, and training of staff, identifying ongoing training needs to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Prepare management reports and work within agreed budgets to ensure the profitability of the business.

**About You:**
- You are a Registered Manager with CQC, possessing a strong working knowledge of relevant regulations and acts.
- Demonstrated experience in managing domiciliary care services, with a track record of maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- A commitment to delivering person-centered care, with a compassionate and flexible approach to service management.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- You are a natural leader, not afraid to "get your hands dirty" and jump in wherever needed.
