Construction Quality Assurance Engineer

We need an Engineer for Rushton site (Kettering in Northamptonshire) for 4-6 week a drilling and capping job starting 8th of April. Potentially 4-6 weeks of work weather dependant.
Geomembrane installation experience and preferably some drilling supervision required

The job is a side seal lift on an existing cell but it is possible that once that has been done the client will then go straight on to build the next cell, drilling supervision experience required.

Skills & Experience Required
CQA engineers must have either route A or route B qualifications.

Route A includes all of the following:
- Chartered engineer or chartered geologist
- Minimum of 4 years’ design or supervision of landfill construction, which must include earthworks, clay liner and geosynthetics where construction includes these materials
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the design, supervision or construction of landfill infrastructure, where applicable
- Geomembrane installation and drilling supervision experience

Route B includes all of the following:
- A formal qualification in science or engineering, for example Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Ordinary National Certificate (ONC) or higher in civil engineering, mining engineering, engineering geology, building, quantity surveying or science with training in soil mechanics
- Minimum of 8 years’ design or supervision of landfill construction, which must include earthworks, clay liner and geosynthetics where construction includes these materials
- Geomembrane installation and drilling supervision experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the design, supervision or construction of landfill infrastructure, where applicable
