CPO Surveyor
A leading UK Real Estate and Property Consultancy are currently looking to expand their Birmingham Infrastructure teams at Chartered Surveyor to Associate Director level. They are looking for someone who can provide property service including temporary access, acquisition, CPO, compensation, and valuation advice on projects including Rail, Road, Energy and Transport.
They are in a strong position to grow their teams to maintain existing relationships and expand their client offering, leading to a wide variety of CPO work.
Key CPO Surveyor to Associate Director requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate or equivalent.
- Member of RICS + 2-5 years PE experience
- Experience working as a CPO, Development, Valuation or Ratings Surveyor.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Excellent written and communication skills
