Join our team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) in Gloucester and embark on a new challenge! We're seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a knack for community care to join us in making a difference.

Step into the shoes of an RMN specialising in community care, where your role is pivotal in providing essential support to patients:

  • Conduct regular visits to patients in the community, ensuring their needs are met and their well-being is prioritized.
  • Administer medications promptly and effectively, adhering to prescribed schedules to address patients' healthcare requirements.
  • Engage empathetically with patients, understanding their unique conditions to provide tailored assistance and monitor progress closely.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments as needed, fostering a safe environment for patients while ensuring their own safety and that of those around them.

What do you need to bring to the table for this role?

  • Active registration with the NMC as a mental health nurse.
