QTS Qualified Cover Teacher - ASAP Start - London Borough of Enfield

Remedy Education are looking for an enthusiastic Cover Teacher to assist in supporting students of secondary age in an array of subjects. Acting as a work-finding service, Remedy Education has a diverse range of secondary schools in Enfield, London. If you are seeking a long-term position, we would be happy to hear from you.

• Location - Enfield
• Position - Cover Teacher (Year 5 - Year 6)
• Type of work - Cover Teacher
• Start date - May 2024
• Duration / Likely Duration - long term
• End date (if applicable) - Currently no end date.
• Contract type - Temporary with the view to go permanent.
• Full time/part time - FULL TIME ONLY
• Hours - 8:30 am - 15:30 pm (full day)

Whether you're looking for a full or part time, short- or long-term position we would like to hear from you. Working on a supply basis will require you to ideally have your own form of transport or be in an area with good transport links.

The role can vary from school to school, but generally responsibilities will include:

• Preparing the classroom ready for a lesson.
• Delivering the pre-set work.
• Marking work complete for the day and leaving a handover for the teacher to return to.
• Ensuring the class stays on task and safeguarding and behaviour policies are followed.
• £125- £150 per day (Depending on Experience and Qualifications)
