Newstaff are looking for supply Cover Supervisors to work in daily, short, or long-term assignments in secondary schools across Milton Keynes. Responsibilities will include:

• Delivering preprepared lessons and encouraging student engagement
• Promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Providing support and assistance to students as needed
• Reporting and issues or incidents to leadership team
• Working with the school team to ensure continuity of learning.

 Essential requirement:

• Previous teaching or supervising experience working in a school or educational setting.
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and genuine passion working with students.
