Cover Supervisor

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll help keep learning on track when teachers are away, overseeing classes in different subjects to ensure students stay focused and follow lesson plans. This role offers a great opportunity to gain experience and develop skills for a career in education.

This school in Blackpool is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Secondary School Cover Supervisor to join their dynamic educational team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring uninterrupted support and delivering high-quality education to students.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils within a classroom setting
• Provide a well planned, purposeful learning environment
• Use imagination to enhance learning experience
• Be observant and manage behaviour and distractions
• Collect in pre set work and return to the appropriate teacher
• Manage the classroom and keep pupils on task
