As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment, providing essential assistance to students to help them achieve their full potential.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes during teacher absences, fostering a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
• Provide guidance and support to students, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Address general inquiries and deliver constructive feedback after cover lessons.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent approaches and offer support to students with varying needs.
• Contribute to student well-being and cultivate a nurturing ethos within the school community.

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, forming meaningful relationships with students from diverse backgrounds.

Please note that this Cover Supervisor role requires a solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection. Successful candidates must undergo background checks, including an enhanced child DBS on the update service or a willingness to apply for a new one.
