Day To Day Supply Cover Supervisor Job - Bury St Edmunds and the surrounding areas

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team in Bury St Edmunds to support our partner schools on a day to day or longer term basis,

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher looking for the flexibility of supply work or someone new to the education sector who is looking to find their first step on the ladder for education work. Working predominately across Bury St Edmunds we have some fantastic schools in the area, we also work with schools further afield across Cambridgeshire and Suffolk for further opportunities.

This role does not require a formal teaching qualification however we do require that you have experience working with young people in a formal setting such as sports coaching, youth group, church or a similar environment.

In this role you will be responsible for leading classes in the absence of the usual class teacher, delivering lessons as set and managing the classroom so confidence and the ability to to manage behaviour is essential.

We are looking for flexible supply staff as well as more regular booked work and have the option to offer a guarantee of work should it be required
