£100-£110 depending on experience
Monday to Friday - 08.30am to 3.30pm

THE SCHOOL

A lovely 11-18 secondary academy in Oxford, Oxfordshire are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team starting ASAP on a long-term supply basis, 5 days a week to July 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education, and who wants to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment.

THE ROLE

As a Full-Time Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the students' educational journey. Your responsibilities will include in the following:

  • Covering a variety of Secondary Subjects
  • Hold high standards within the classroom to ensure work is completed.
  • Create strong relationships with the pupils.
  • Delivering set work to the students

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience working with children or young people in an education setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathy and patience.
  • A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.
  • Relevant qualifications or training are a plus.
