Empowering Learning are looking to appoint a number of Cover Supervisors to work within Secondary Schools in West Bromwich and Sandwell.

The successful candidates will have an open mind in covering a range of subjects throughout the day on a daily basis - certain schools willing to offer permanent contracts!

QTS/PGCE is desirable but not essential - Past Secondary School Experience is a must!

Daily Tasks will include:

- Delivering planned lessons
- Be adaptable to cover a range of subjects at the last minute
- Strong in behaviour management
- Building relationships with staff & pupils
- Helping pupils achieve high performance in the lead up to GCSE exams

Salary: £100.00-£150.00 per day
