Cover Supervisor

Flintshire

Hours: 8.30am - 3.30pm

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in education? I am recruiting for Cover Supervisors for Secondary schools across Flintshire. This role is on supply (temporary) and can be full time or part time depending on your circumstances.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that students receive a high-quality education, even when their regular teachers are unavailable. You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain a positive learning environment for students.

The Role

  • You will be a highly-motivated Cover Supervisor with demonstrable behaviour management strategies;
  • Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
  • Able to provide meaningful learning experiences with a sincere desire to see all learners succeed.

Requirements for the Role:

  • EWC Registration;
  • Experience of working with children/young adults.
  • Enhanced DBS (Reed can process a DBS for you if required)
  • Applications from NQTs, ECTs welcome.
