As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity in the classroom, ensuring that students receive the support they need to succeed even when their regular teacher is absent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage classroom behaviour in the absence of the regular teacher.

- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure learning objectives are met.

- Provide support to students, answering questions and offering guidance when needed.

- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

- Collaborate with teaching staff and administration to address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with children or young adults preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.

- Flexibility and adaptability to handle various subject areas and age groups.

- A genuine passion for education and supporting student learning.
