Role Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of learning in the absence of regular teachers. Your responsibilities will include supervising students in the classroom, ensuring that pre-prepared work is completed, and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere conducive to academic progress. This position requires someone with exceptional behaviour management skills and a genuine commitment to fostering a supportive educational environment.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in behaviour management, ideally within a secondary school setting.
• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or working in a similar role within education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and engage students in learning activities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across various subject areas and year groups as required.

Salary: £115-£125 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
