Cover Supervisor - Winsford

Job Description:

Reed woking alongside asecondary school in Winsford and are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic School Cover Supervisors. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising students in the absence of their regular teachers and ensuring that the learning environment is safe and conducive to learning. The role includes a cover supervisor training day course.

It is not essential to have educational exeprienvce but a a determined attituted and desire to help secondary school children is important

The role is a full time temp to perm basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students in the absence of their regular teachers.
• Ensure that the learning environment is safe and conducive to learning.
• Manage student behavior and maintain discipline.
• Provide support to teachers in the classroom.
• Assist with the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
