Prospero Teaching are looking for a History Teacher to work at a Mixed co-educational Secondary School in Camden for a long-term position starting W/C april 15th.

POSITION DETAILS:

  • Location - Bushey, Watford
  • Position - History Teacher
  • Contract or position start date - April 2024
  • Contract or position end date (if applicable) - Temp - Permanent / July 2024
  • Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Perm / temp to perm
  • Full time/part time - Full Time
  • Minimum rate of pay - Minimum salary £31,350 - £47,839 annually
  • Hours - 8:00 am - 3:30pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • QTS or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
  • Must have taught GCSE History
  • Experience teaching science to KS5 minimum or ECT status
  • Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year desirable however not essential

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references
