The Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of regular teachers. You will supervise classes across various subjects and year groups, ensuring that students remain engaged and focused on their learning objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing classroom behavior, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans, and providing support to students as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subjects and year groups
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Previous experience working in a school setting or with children and young people is desirable but not essential
