Pay: £125 £150 pd depending on experience

About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor at our esteemed academy, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity and ensuring a positive learning experience for students in the absence of their regular teachers. Your responsibilities will include supervising classes, delivering pre-prepared lessons, and managing student behaviour to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.

• Ensuring cover lessons are appropriately supported and monitored within the agreed system of supervision;
• Supervising whole classes, large and small groups as requested during the absence of teachers;
• Leading a tutor group long, medium or short term and covering tutor time or PSCHE and deliver the required programs in full including being part of the coaching and monitoring processes.
• Covering duties and other school systems as and when requested.
