Looking for a Cover Supervisor with Strong Behavior Management Skills!

Are you a dedicated educator with a talent for maintaining order in the classroom? We're searching for a Cover Supervisor with excellent behavior management skills for ad-hoc work in the Longridge area of Preston.

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing classes during teacher absences, ensuring a positive learning environment and following provided lesson plans.

What we need:

Proven experience in behavior management.
Ability to manage classroom dynamics and follow lesson plans.
Strong communication skills.
Flexibility to work on short notice.
