We are looking for a Cover Supervisor who is passionate about supporting students and contributing to their development. Day to Day of the Role:- Supervise and support students in the absence of the regular class teacher, maintaining continuity of learning.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Adapt to covering a variety of subjects and year groups, demonstrating flexibility.
- Encourage and assist students with their assigned tasks, promoting engagement and understanding.
- Monitor and report on students’ progress and behaviour, maintaining high standards of discipline.
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or similar role within a school setting.
- A passion for education and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage classroom dynamics.
- Ability to work flexibly across different subjects and with various year groups.
