A new opportunity has arisen with an award-winning Legal 500 recommended full-service law firm at its Halifax office as it seeks a Financial Court of Protection Solicitor. You will be working alongside two senior Partners, handling a broad range of Court of Protection financial matters, providing legal advice to and acting on behalf of clients who have lost capacity to manage their own affairs.

Duties will include application advice, professional deputyship and ongoing deputyship administration. You will possess the confidence and maturity to be able to deal with both vulnerable and clients with complex needs. A positive 'can do' and flexible attitude towards your work is a must, you need to be able to respond to changing demand of the role.

Working knowledge of Court of Protection work is essential.
