You:
You will be an experienced Court of Protection solicitor who is highly organised and motivated, looking for your next move.

The role:
Joining an exisiting team of 6 you'll be advising on the financial affairs of people who lack capacity to do so themselves.
The role involves displaying sensitivity and delivering excellent client service.
You'll provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients and family members, managing their trusts, assisting with tax affairs and accounts, statutory wills, deputyship applications and other associated applications to the Court of Protection. Liaising with case managers, medical professionals and specialists.
You'll work under the support of a partner however also be on hand to provide expert guidance to your team colleagues.
