Court of Protection Paralegal
I am currently recruiting for a paralegal to join a court of protection team, providing legal services to clients who lack mental capacity to make decisions for themselves.
As a court of protection paralegal you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in matters related to the court of protection, which involves making decisions on behalf of individuals who lack the mental capacity to make decisions for themselves.
You will be working closely with a variety of case management tasks, including document drafting, research, client and third-party liaison, and court application preparation. Due to the nature of the work within this team being complex, you will gain exposure to interesting cases, as well as working to develop your technical knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
Ideally you will have previous experience as a paralegal, preferably in court of protection or managing finances.
If you feel this opportunity could be your next challenge please apply online with you updated CV or contact Amelia Greenough at G2 Legal today,
