Court of Protection Paralegal

My client is one of the leading law firms in the UK, with multiple offices across the Midlands and Lincolnshire. They provide a comprehensive range of legal services, delivering first class, client focused and trusted advice to individuals and businesses across its offices.

The opportunity:

My client is looking for a Paralegal to work in their Court of Protection team in either Horncastle or their Lincoln offices. The ideal candidate with hold/be working towards a degree in Law or CILEX qualification, have a real passion for family work and a good level of experience/knowledge in this area.

In addition, you will work with my clients Marketing Policy to promote and enhance the good reputation and business of the company, build relationships and their client base.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Client liaison and assisting with enquiries;
  • Attendance upon clients in appropriate circumstances
  • Research
  • Attendance at Court with Counsel
  • Supporting all Lawyers within the Department across all offices.
