• Highly successful within a commercial sales environment, with proven excellence in driving results through strong leadership capability and sound business acumen.
• Clear and confident communicator, self motivated and committed to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• People that can role model an entrepreneurial mind-set, confident in driving a social selling model and embracing new and innovative ideas.
• Proven in motivating others to deliver strong sales results through people across multiple geographies.
• Experienced within methods and techniques of Retail, FMCG, Insurance / Finance, direct selling or Pharmaceutical sales.
• Results driven, with a desire to personally grow and develop within the company using their strong management skills, and ability to inspire and lead others.
• Confident at developing effective working relationships, with prior experience of managing, coaching and developing sales teams through various communication channels.
• Lovers of change, with the resilience and ability to think on their feet and quickly adapt to change and new ways of working.
