Cosmetics Account Executive - Loughborough - £25k - £27k + benefits

Our client is a well-established organisation based in Loughborough, due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Cosmetics Account Executive

As a Cosmetics Account Executive, your role will be to maintain and strengthen existing client relationships and to ensure that projects are executed to the required standard

Responsibilities include:

• Working alongside the Account Manager, supporting and managing day to day communication for those projects or markets for which you are responsible, with a view to running projects independently in the longer term.
• On receipt of client briefs, take the time to fully understand and interpret requirements to create a clear and concise briefing document for the project.
• Manage the project through to completion and despatch, ensuring at all times full understanding of the project status and providing each department with clear instruction of client needs.
• Attending face to face meetings, including potential travel, and virtual meetings with clients where required.
• To develop good relations with clients at all levels and provide first class customer service.
• Clear and concise communication both internally and externally to ensure all parties and kept informed of the project status.
• To create contact reports and quotations, ensure that Production Orders are raised in a timely manner.
• Ensuring client purchase orders are received so that production can commence
• Chasing client contacts for payment of overdue invoices.
• Maintaining internal documentation, reports and product catalogues.
• Ensuring all project information is well documented, detailed, and centrally filed.
• To ensure that sales administration is performed for the accounts for which you are responsible and support team members in administration tasks as required.
