Norwich (with occasional travel)
£35k-£38k plus hybrid working
Our client, one of the UK's top 40 accountancy firms, is proud to be extending their offering by recruiting a Corporate Transactions Executive for their Norwich branch.
You must be ACA/ACCA qualified with previous experience working with an external client base. You may be required to work on some assignments at other offices across the region, so flexibility on travel is required.
In your role you will also be responsible for:
- Engage in diverse tasks alongside the team, such as business sales, acquisitions, due diligence reporting, valuations, strategic planning, and financial forecasting.
- Stay informed about clients' businesses, fostering positive relationships with client staff.
- Identify opportunities to promote various Company services to clients.
- Participate in office marketing events as needed, representing the firm with professionalism.
- Ensure the firm fulfils its professional obligations.
- Meet deadlines consistently, understanding the impact on productivity, revenue, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain open communication with managers or partners regarding workload.
- Attend relevant training sessions to enhance technical and interpersonal skills, maintaining compliance records.
- Adhere to the firm's risk management policies.
- Undertake other tasks within competence to support business needs.
