A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Tax Solicitor at Senior Associate level to join this leading Legal 100 firm in central Birmingham

Your role as the successful Corporate Tax Solicitor, will see you being an integral part of the team, working closely with the partners and adding support to the less qualified individuals. You can expect lots of variety, with plenty of transactional work and advisory too.

Typical matters will include:

  • Property investment and development structures
  • Corporate share sales (including tax covenants and tax warranties)
  • Asset sales (including TOGC provisions)
  • Commercial property sales
  • Landlord and tenant transactions
  • Joint ventures
  • Islamic compliant finance structures
  • Urban housing and land projects

We are inviting applications from experienced Corporate Tax Solicitors with 5 or more years’ PQE in this sector.
