Marks Sattin are delighted to be working with a leading FMCG business to recruit a Corporate Tax Manager to join their well established in house tax team in Blackburn.

Due to growth, this is a unique opportunity to join one of the regions best tax teams. Reporting to the Corporate Tax Director, the Corporate Tax Manager will provide assistance with managing the group corporate tax compliance process, including quarterly and annual group reporting, UK financial statement tax disclosures and corporate interest restriction calculations. The role will also include managing and supporting on a variety of other corporate tax matters such as maintaining the group tax risk framework, transfer pricing, country-by country reporting, CFC reviews and supporting on M&A transactions, as well as a host of other international matters.

In order to be considered for this opportunity you will be ACA/CTA (or equivalent) qualified with a background in a leading accountancy firm in a corporate tax focused role. In addition to your technical expertise, you will also possess outstanding interpersonal skills in order to become a trusted advisor within the business and to build strong relationships with external stakeholders.
