Corporate Tax Manager - 6 Month FTC

We are offering the opportunity for a corporate Tax Manager to join us in a newly created role.

This will initially be a 6 month contract, with strong prospects for the role to become permanent.

The role can be 90 - 100% remote. The office is in the South West of England.

Your role

Under mentor-ship from the Global Head of Tax, you will share responsibility for the provision of tax advice to the group's operations. The role will involve working closely with overseas finance teams and external tax advisors across multiple jurisdictions and providing support on global M&A transactions.

Areas of Advice will include:

  • International Corporate Tax
  • M&A and due diligence
  • Transfer Pricing
  • Employment Tax - both global and domestic
  • Indirect Tax / VAT
  • Withholding Taxes
  • R&D

About you:

  • A qualified tax manager / advisor (CTA or equivalent)
  • Practice or industry experience
  • Experience with at least a few of the above areas
  • A rounded mix of Corporate Tax experience
  • You must be based in the UK with full right to work in the UK
