Corporate Tax Associate

We are advising a leading Global firm on the strategic build out of their London, Corporate Tax Team

The Role

This is a growth role, at Associate level, in a Global Top 20 UK Ranked firm

The Corporate Tax team provides advice across the following areas;

• M&A (UK & Cross border)
• Private Equity
• Corporate Restructuring,
• ECM
• DCM
• Wider Finance
• Real Estate
• Funds
• And more..

Experience in all the above areas is not essential, more focused worked or training to undertake a broader scope of work is available at this leading practice.

High profile work alongside further career development prospects guaranteed.

You Will Be:

• A Corporate Tax Associate with 2 – 5PQE +
• (We are keen to have conversations with individuals outside of this PQE scale also)
• Confident across large, complex and UK/ EU matters
• Proven experience from a Global, US, Top 50 UK Practice
• Keen to progress with a leading Global practice
