Are you an experienced Business Tax professional seeking a stimulating career move? Our client is seeking a dynamic individual with robust Business Tax experience to join their expanding Business Advisory Team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you'll be an integral part of our advisory team, providing essential support to both clients and colleagues across the firm. The primary focus will be on Tax, particularly in the Corporate sector. The ideal candidate will boast a proven track record in leading Business Tax Advisory projects, with expertise in M&A transaction support, and familiarity with areas such as Innovation tax reliefs, capital allowances, exit and succession planning, and restructures.

Tax Advisor Responsibilities:
  • Craft tax strategies for clients and their companies, aiding in planning their financial futures.
  • Actively engage in business development, identifying and researching opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Utilise technical knowledge and commercial awareness to solve critical problems for clients.
  • Advise clients on corporate tax aspects of their businesses.
  • Participate in M&A and tax structuring projects.
  • Prepare advanced clearance applications with HMRC.
Tax Advisor Requirements:
  • CTA or ACA qualified
  • Demonstrated capability in a similar role, with a minimum of three years' experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective face-to-face relationship building.
  • Proactive approach to seeking work and identifying opportunities.
  • Full driving license
