Corporate Solicitor

Our client is a well-established national law firm currently seeking a Corporate Solicitor (1-4 Years' PQE) to join its highly regarded Corporate team in Glasgow.

In this role, you will be involved in a wide range of Corporate matters including but not limited to:

• Corporate transactional work
• Commercial Contracts
• Private Company Acquisition & Disposal
• Private equity investments
• De-mergers and restructuring
• Joint Venture Agreements

As a successful candidate, you will be a driven and self-motivated Corporate solicitor, who has a strong-degree of commercial acumen, a high attention to detail, and will be keen to undertake business development initiatives.
