What will you do? 

• Advise a Private Equity client base (national and international clients)  
• MandA including "buy-and-build" and "bolt-on" investments 
• Be the go-to person for certain key clients and develop meaningful relationships with them 
• Managing transactions of various sizes 
• Contribute to the further development of the team, firm and yourself 
• You will be encouraged to forge your own client relationships early on 

What will you need? 

• At least 1 year of experience as a solicitor or legal executive
• Corporate law experience 
• The ability to be creative to solve clients’ issues in a way they like and understand
