Your role as the successful Corporate Senior Associate Solicitor, will see you being an integral part of the team, working closely with the partners and adding support to the less qualified individuals. You can expect lots of variety, with plenty of transactional work and advisory too.

We are inviting applications from experienced Corporate Solicitors with 5 or more years of PQE dealing with similar Mergers & Acquisitions matters, at large, well-known commercial practices.
