JOB TITLE:      Corporate Solicitor
PQE:                4 + years
LOCATION:     Greater Manchester
SALARY:         £65,000 DOE

OVERVIEW:
•Providing high-quality legal advice and support to clients in various aspects of Corporate law, including Transactions, Corporate Reorganisations & Restructuring, VC and PE Investments, Share Option Schemes, Debt Financing Transactions.
•4+ PQE required with exceptional analytical and communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality legal services.
•Strong knowledge of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions.
•Flexible work arrangements are offered for this position, with consideration given to part-time (4 days) for suitable candidates.
•Competitive salary.
