The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to provide expert legal advice to our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a range of corporate and commercial legal issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with experience in corporate and commercial law.
