Corporate and Commercial Solicitor - Harpenden

The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to provide expert legal advice to our diverse clientele. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of complex matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on a range of corporate and commercial legal issues.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence for business transactions.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and legal disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with experience in corporate and commercial law.
  • Strong understanding of UK business law, contract law, and company law.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of managing a caseload independently.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to the firm’s growth.
