JOB TITLE:     Corporate Solicitor
PQE:               4 + years
LOCATION:    Merseyside
SALARY:        £65,000 DOE

•As our client continues to expand their team of dedicated solicitors, they are seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Lawyer to work on a wide range of Corporate matters, which include Transactions, Corporate Reorganisations & Restructuring, VC and PE Investments, Share Option Schemes, Debt Financing Transactions.

•Our client is looking for a Legal Professional with strong business acumen to support the Partners to continue to grow the firm in the legal market.

•Applicants should have at least 4 years’ PQE with a strong background in corporate law, exceptional analytical and communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality legal services.

•You'll be part of a company that prioritises its clients, while also valuing its employees and adhering to a core set of values – including balance, growth, and shared ambition. Flexible work arrangements are offered for this position, with consideration given to part-time (4 days) for suitable candidates.
