CORPORATE SOLICITOR, GLOUCESTERSHIRE - HYBRID ROLE Corporate Law Our client, a successful Law firm in Gloucestershire, is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor. We would encourage applications from 5+ PQE Lawyers upwards to more senior Associate level. You will need to have experience of working with high-end clients in corporate matters affecting such fields of M&A, private equity transactions, corporate, share and asset disposals and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, IPOS and secondary issues and reorganisations. You should have the ability, drive and confidence to develop strong working relationships with important regional and national clients as well as providing support and advice to colleagues within the firm in a thoroughly collegiate atmosphere. You need to be a driven individual who is also a good team member and able to maintain the very high standards of this successful firm.
