A legal 500 listed law firm with offices based across the Greater Manchester & Lancashire are seeking a 2 - 10 Year PQE Solicitor (will consider higher PQE levels) to join their highly ranked Legal 500 listed department. This practice are a boutique law firm and don't operate in the same manner as the larger commercial practices across the North West, so you will have plenty of flexibility & autonomy without the same pressures from above.

There is an excellent and broad range of quality commercial work across a wide range of sectors to include corporate finance, commercial contracts, acquisitions and disposals, mergers, joint ventures, succession planning and shareholder agreements. There are a number of sectors that this practice specialise in including:  insurance, software, engineering and healthcare.

Working alongside an existing team of lawyers split over 2 offices, you will become an integral part of the team right away and will enjoy a lot of direct client contact with key clients of the firm as well as contribute to building the department further by getting actively involved in the business development activities of the firm and the department.

Attractive benefits package will be offered including a pension, bonus scheme and healthcare, plus the chance to progress to senior positions within a well known and respected firm. Salary will be circa £45,000 - £75,000. Home working is offered and you will have the opportunity to split time between to office & home working as you need.
