We have a superb senior opening for a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Solicitor to join this thriving and award winning team, based in their Maidstone offices. This role will support the department Partners in team growth and development and ensuring key, specialist expertise for clients in all Corporate Law matters, including Shareholder agreements, banking law and asset-based lending, Corporate restructures, reorganisations and demergers, Mergers, acquisitions and disposals, Partnership and LLP, Private equity and venture finance and Family investment companies.
ABOUT YOU:
You will have a strong background in Corporate Law, with at least 5years +PQE, working within teams on high value corporate matters. If you also have experience within banking law, this would be advantageous. You will be a great mentor, forward thinking, ambitious and proactive.
