Are you a skilled Corporate Lawyer seeking an exciting opportunity with a leading law firm in Reading? We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our dynamic team at a prominent law firm specializing in corporate law and business advisory services.

The Role: We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join our Reading office. As part of our Corporate team, you will work on a variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, commercial contracts, and general corporate advisory work. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers and play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on corporate transactions and commercial agreements
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Conducting due diligence and legal research
  • Providing strategic advice on corporate governance and compliance matters
  • Assisting in business development activities and client management

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in corporate law
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of corporate transactions
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Commercial acumen and a client-focused approach
