Corporate Solicitor - Associate

Role: Corporate Solicitor
Seniority: 5 years PQE +
Location: Birmingham City
Salary: Guide £55,000 - £80,000 DOE

Here at Simpson Judge we are looking to speak with experienced Corporate Solicitors with in the Private Equity and M&A markets, who may be looking to move into a Senior Associate position due to natural internal growth and development in the team and firm as a whole.

Your ideal qualities and experience:
* Qualified Solicitor or Executive with at least 5 years of experience in Corporate law.
* Prior experience working on;
* Joint Ventures.
* Succession Planning.
* Banking & Finance.
* Management buy-ins & buy-outs.
* Acquisitions & disposal or shares.
* Business structures.
* Personable.
* Able to work well using own initiative
* Pro-active and driven
* Strong ICT skills
