This progressive Top 100 UK firm are seeking a Corporate Solicitor OR Associate (2PQE+) to join their L500 Ranked Team in Bristol.

There is a real sense of camaraderie in this practice with work regularly conducted/ referred between teams and this is something they truly value, imprinted into their culture.

The successful individual will work as part of a high performing department, alongside Partners who are recognised as true leaders.

Due to the growth of this team, and the mentor on offer, this is an opportunity to fast track your career. You will be supported, and encouraged to take more of a lead role on transactions; and once confident, you will have access to larger, more complex matters.

This is an M&A focused role, working with regional SMEs through to significant Corporations with international elements.

***This is a nurture role, if you are coming from a regional practice, you are not expected to have experience dealing with international or complex matters. However, you will need to have the desire to become a well-rounded Corporate Commercial Lawyer assisting with further planned growth for the team***

You will be:

  • Corporate Solicitor with 2PQE +
  • Experience assisting or playing a lead role in M&A transactions
  • Open to those from a regional, L500, Top 200 UK firm background
