Role:
As a Corporate Senior Associate, you will be instrumental in advising on complex transactions, guiding clients through the intricacies of mergers and acquisitions, and crafting robust shareholder agreements. Your role will be critical in ensuring that clients navigate the regulatory landscape with confidence and achieve their strategic objectives.

Skills & Experience:
- A qualified solicitor with substantial PQE in corporate law.
- Demonstrated experience in mergers and acquisitions, preferably within the health sector.
- Adept at drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements.
- A track record of providing exceptional client service.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
