The Role

This leading Top 100 UK Firm are seeking a Corporate Senior Associate in Leeds

The national Corporate Group has consistently outperformed many of their competitors over the past few years; so inline with strategic growth plans, and increase in work they are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the team. .

This team offers a complete service across all areas of Corporate Law, for both Private & Public sector clients; such as:

• M&A
• MBOs
• Corporate Reorganisations
• Joint ventures
• Private Equity
• Venture Capital

We are looking for:

• A Corporate Senior Associate with 7 PQE +
• We are keen to speak to those with more experience also
• Proven experience or training from a well-established practice
• Relocators from other Regional or City firms in UK, welcome to apply also.
