This is a progressive opportunity with a true leader in Essex, who are now seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join their L500 Ranked team.

The Role

Through further planned growth, this award winning firm are seeking an experienced Corporate Associate or Senior Associate in Chelmsford.

As an experienced member of the team, you will have responsibility for managing your own caseload, meanwhile contributing to the networking and marketing efforts.

As the lead on a range of Corporate transactions, you will also be tasked with assisting in the development of more junior individuals.  

This team provide a range of Corporate Commercial services including;

• M&A
• Private Equity & VC
• JVs
• And more Commercial elements also

This is a sociable role, working in synergy with the wider teams across all offices; not only are they industry leaders, but also very personable individuals.
